Project: Access Control, Surveillance and Cable Plant Management
For many years, Spigot Networks has done an outstanding job of managing our Access Control and Surveillance systems across our Freeport facilities. As our needs changed, I knew that I could count on Spigot to provide carefully planned upgrades that always kept us moving toward the latest technologies. When problems arose, their responsiveness was critical. After a substantial lightning strike took down our entire Access Control system, Spigot worked around the clock over the weekend to make sure our 350 employees had access to our facilities on Monday morning.

Project: Customized server design and support/telephone system
Spigot has been responsible for my photography studio's server since the mid-1990s. Dave set up a state-of-the-art storage and backup system that has grown and adapted with the business over the years. He suggests and installs creative, affordable, and reliable solutions so I don’t have to worry about losing client files, even in the case of a fire. Plus, I know I can rely on Dave and his employees to take care of any problem with our server or phones in a very timely manner. They take my needs seriously. I would never even consider using anyone else. Period.

Project: Card-reader door access and video surveillance system for school district
We often are working with tight timeframes for our projects and our projects with Spigot are no different. We needed a high-quality, integrated and reliable surveillance and access control system to enhance the safety and security of students, staff and visitors and it needed to be installed in just three months. Project: New integrated phone system for three branch locations
Being a bank, we need to be very aware of security and carefully assimilate multiple connections to our networks. Spigot completely understood our concerns and worked well with multiple vendors to integrate our telephone system into our network, harnessing fiber connections. Now we can seamlessly transfer calls between our facilities. Spigot staff talked with us regularly throughout the project so we always felt updated and aware of project status. They really grasped the complex requirements of our network and responded like a partner.
